Waste heat recovery equipment with heat pump​

Waste heat recovery equipment is a kind of metal plate heat exchanger, where the air pass through and exchange energy. It can separate fresh air and exhaust air completely, avoided any solvent transmission. The two air cross and counter flow to the exchanger, then fresh air and exhaust air exchange energy through the metal plate, collisions between particles in the hot inner region transfer energy to particles in the cooler outer region and realize to recycle energy from exhaust air.

Advantages​

Compact structure-small volume, suitable for air waste heat recovery.
Dust prevention-There are removable filter screen on the entrance, to prevent dust from entering heat exchanger
High efficiency-The waste heat recovery efficiency is as high as 86.5%.
No heat transfer medium-if there is corrosive in the wind or liquid, the equipment cannot be damaged because there is not heat transfer medium.

The waste heat recovery equipment with heat pump can recycle all heat from exhaust air and the efficiency will be increased from 85% to 100%. The rest of the heat which has been exchanged heat will be recycle again after add heat pump on waste heat recovery equipment, and be absorbed by evaporator, passed to condenser by compressor .Then the new wind which be preheating will be heated again when pass to condenser, and become high temperature wind.

System parameter of 20 thousands waste heat recovery with heat pump system

First Generation:

Low Resistance

Efficiency about 60%

Second Generation:

High Resistance

Efficiency about 70%

Third Generation:

Low Resistance

Efficiency about 80%~92% Area increased 3.5~5 times bigger.
