Working principle of energy storage heating and air supply device
As shown in the schematic diagram on the left. Utilize cheap low valley electricity at night to convert electrical energy into thermal energy for storage. When heat is needed, hot air with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃ and a temperature below 400 ℃ can be provided to heat consuming enterprises. The cold air passes through the energy storage heating equipment (as shown by the arrow in the figure) from right to left, and during this process, the cold air is heated.
As shown in the schematic diagram, the energy storage heating device uses cheap electrical energy or wind energy generated during the low ebb periods at night to convert electrical energy into high-temperature heat energy and store it in the heat storage body of the device.

The heat in the heat accumulator is exchanged into high-temperature hot air, which passes through the heat exchanger and is added with heat transfer oil for use by the heat consuming unit.

Solid alloy heat storage up to 750 ℃ has broken the temperature limit of high temperature heat storage and is still in a safe state.

The volume is only 10% - 14.3% of that of ordinary electric water storage boilers, reducing the floor area.
